Plasma injection test 電漿施放測試 (updated: 11/17/2009)

The space plasma simulation chamber is used to develop and test rocket-based and satellite-based payloads in a space simulation environment. It is also used to demo and teach students to understand characteristics of plasma. It was designed and integrated by Prof. Shigeyuki Minami. To meet these requirements, functions of the space plasma simulation chamber are briefly outlined in the followings:

• Plasma temperature 電漿溫度: 1,000 to 2,000 K.
• Species 電漿種類: N⁺ or Ar⁺.
