Monitoring system of space plasma simulation chamber is designed to watch out these devices: 1 Pirani gauge meter, 1 ionization gauge meter, 3 power supplies for maintaining voltages of acceleration grids in plasma generation, 1 power supply for heating nickel belts in plasma generation, 1 controller for compound turbo molecular pump, a customized Langmuir probe, and a turning table.

- A Pirani gauge meter: 6 analog-ins, ±10 V, 16-bit, 1 kHz.
- An Ionization gauge meter: 2 analog-ins, ±10 V, 16-bit, 1 kHz; 20 digital IOs, SE/DI, ±5V, 1 MHz.
- Thermal couples: 8 analog-ins, ±10 V, 16-bit, 1 kHz.
- A plasma device: 4 analog-ins, ±300 V, 16-bit, 1 kHz. It can be replaced by a multi-functional meter and a multiplexer for high power.
- A power supply for turbo molecular pump: (9+15) digital I/Os, SE/DI, ±5V, 1 MHz.
- Additional two serial ports (9 pins) RS-232/RS422/RS485.
- A turn table: one rotation axis.
