NI myRIO (updated: 02/14/2015)

Ten sets of NI myRIO were used to let undergraduate students practice in a course of Digital Logic Design. NI myRIO places dual-core ARM® Cortex™-A9 real-time processing and Xilinx FPGA customizable I/O into the hands of students. With its onboard devices, seamless software experience, and library of courseware and tutorials, NI myRIO provides an affordable tool that students can use to do real engineering in one semester.

  • Affordable tool to teach and implement multiple design concepts with one device
  • 10 analog inputs, 6 analog outputs, 40 digital I/O lines
  • WiFi, LEDs, push button, accelerometer onboard
  • Xilinx FPGA and Dual-core ARM® Cortex™-A9 processor
  • Programmable with LabVIEW or C; adaptable for different programming levels

Featuring National Instruments industry-standard reconfigurable I/O (RIO) technology, the enclosed version of NI myRIO (NI myRIO-1900) places 3 I/O connectors, WiFi capabilities, a dual-core ARM real-time processor, and a customizable Xilinx FPGA in the hands of students. With its onboard devices, seamless software experience, and library of courseware and tutorials, NI myRIO provides an affordable tool that helps students and educators “do real engineering” in one semester.
