- 04/13/2014: 由於國立中央大學停止辦理高中生暑期參與實驗室研究活動，改由語言中心（英文資優營，報名人數 13/50）與科學教育中心（數理化科學營，報名人數 < 30/40，取消開班）籌畫高中生暑期課程營隊活動，因此今年太空酬載實驗室亦停止辦理實驗室新生訓練。
- 03/27/2014: Press conference on SR-IX mission was held at NARL after successfully launching the Sounding Rocket IX. There are 18 news reports on this event in 16 media.
- 03/26/2014: Launching the Sounding Rocket IX. The onboard science payload, Space Plasma Sensor Package (SPSP), successfully detected E-region plasma irregularities during the upleg path and the aspectmeter (ASM) worked well to measure attitude of the rocket.
